The founder of the Rukh Football Club and Academy and the Emily Resort leisure complex, Hryhoriy Kozlovskyy, announced another large-scale donation to support Ukrainian defenders. The amount of 2 million hryvnias became part of an annual charitable initiative that has been carried out for the third consecutive year.

A Tradition of Supporting the Armed Forces of Ukraine

This year, the charitable contribution was directed to the needs of the 45th Separate Artillery Brigade. The funds were raised through a New Year’s program scheduled to take place on December 31 at Emily Resort. Hryhoriy Kozlovskyy emphasized that for him and his team this is not a one-time action, but a firm principle — not to become accustomed to war and to support the army systematically.

The allocated funds have already been used to purchase essential technical equipment for the military:

  • two ground control stations for UAVs;
  • additional equipment for unmanned aerial systems;
  • a trailer for transporting heavy equipment;
  • rechargeable batteries and charging stations;
  • five sets of tires for military vehicles;
  • 13 rifles for destroying enemy drones.

Supporting the Army as a Rear-Line Responsibility

Hryhoriy Kozlovskyy stressed that support from the rear is critically important for maintaining the morale and combat effectiveness of soldiers on the most intense front-line directions. According to the philanthropist, every Ukrainian must remember those who make it possible to live and work. He noted that systematic support for the front — from specialized transport to modern drones — brings the shared victory closer.

Previous Experience and Support for Healthcare

It is worth noting that last year’s New Year celebrations at Emily Resort also pursued a charitable goal. At that time, Hryhoriy Kozlovskyy and the resort donated 2 million hryvnias to medical institutions. The recipients were the Yurii Lypa Lviv Regional Hospital for War Veterans and Victims of Repression, as well as the Lviv Regional Children’s Medical Center and Okhmatdyt Hospital. Each institution received 1 million hryvnias to improve patient treatment conditions.

Hryhoriy Petrovych Kozlovskyy assured that efforts to strengthen the front with technical equipment do not stop for a moment, as the struggle for the future of Ukraine and its children continues.
