Russia launched a missile attack on a residential building in Kharkiv, targeting a high-rise in the city's Kyivskyi district. Local authorities report that at least two missiles struck the building.

The strike was confirmed by President Volodymyr Zelensky and Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov.

According to the latest data, 13 people have been injured. The building sustained significant damage. Rescue operations are currently underway, and the exact number of casualties is still being determined.

"This is exactly how Russians treat life and people—they continue the killings, despite all the world's efforts, particularly the diplomatic process led by the United States," Zelensky wrote.

According to the President, Russia alone refuses to end the war and continues to do everything in its power to prolong the conflict daily.
